Roles of the Creative Marketing Department of CUC Culture

In today's digital world, the Creative Marketing Department is the heart of CUC Culture. It combines brand planning, professional filming, and talent management to create content that people actually want to watch.

Under the Creative Director, the department focuses on two main areas: Content Strategy and Talent Management. The Content Strategy unit turns marketing ideas into actual videos. This involves more than just filming; it includes editing with CapCut to add subtitles and visual effects that keep the audience's attention.

As an intern, I helped with this by looking for new trends and testing different video styles to see what the audience liked best. The Talent Management & KOL Relations unit is just as important. Since people trust influencers, managing them is a big responsibility. This team finds the right influencers like the soyabelacan duo and negotiates their payment for campaigns like Kow Kow. They also handle the logistics, like sending products through J&T or Lalamove, to make sure the influencers have everything they need to make a great video.

In conclusion, the Creative Marketing Department at CUC Culture is where creative ideas meet practical marketing. By managing both the content and the people, the department ensures the agency stays ahead of digital trends. This department is essential for the agency’s success in the modern media industry.
