DEPARTMENTAL INFORMATION
Structure of the Department
The Creative Marketing Department at CUC Culture is a structured team designed to handle modern digital media. It is led by the Creative Director, who is supported by the Content Strategist and the Senior Producer. This structure allows the team to balance creative ideas with technical video production, which are the two main factors driving the "Foocuk" brand.
As a Creative Marketing Intern, my role in this department involved learning how brand stories are turned into high-performing social media content. The department is responsible for building brand trust, turning social media trends into successful campaigns, and managing the relationship between influencers and the brand. The following objectives guide the department’s daily work:
1. To Develop Strategic Content through Trend Research.
The department creates media solutions like the FooCuK Podcast that match the audience's preference for short, engaging information. We do this by researching what works on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
2. To Build Brand Trust through Authentic Content.
By using in-house experts like Chef Jia Le, the department creates lifestyle videos that are both helpful and interesting. The goal is to keep viewers watching while maintaining a friendly and professional brand voice.
3. To Manage Influencer and Brand Partnerships.
A major goal is to make sure external influencers (KOLs) and the brand work well together. This ensures that projects, like product reviews for Bestari, are done professionally and on time.
4. To Improve Team Skills through Collaborative Projects.
The department acts as a place for learning. We share skills like CapCut video editing and campaign planning to make sure the team can adapt to the fast-changing market.
5. To Turn Data into Better Marketing Plans.
The team looks at audience numbers and feedback. This data helps us improve our videos and live-streaming sessions (TikTok Live), making them more effective for our clients.
